How much does postage cost?

We like to keep things simple — UK delivery is £3.99, no matter how big or small your parcel.
Spend £40 or more and your order ships for free!

We aim to post your pre-loved children’s clothes within 5 working days, though most orders are sent out even sooner.
Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri, depending on what’s best for your order.

Can I return items if I’m not happy with them?

We really hope you’ll love everything you order from Little Drums, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your parcel — we’ll do our best to help.

We offer a no-quibble 14-day returns policy.

Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only — original postage isn’t refundable.

You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item(s) back to us.

Sale items are non-refundable.
